Indian team registered a big win over Bangladesh in the first test match which was played at Chattagom stadium, they won the match by the margin of 188 runs and had taken the lead of 1-0 in this 2-match test series.
This series is very important for the Indian side from the perspective of qualifying for the final of the World Test Championship. They needed to win 5 test matches from the remaining 6 matches to qualify for the finals.
Indian bowling unit had a great match:
Indian bowlers dominated the whole match from their performances as they bundled out Bangladesh for just 150 runs in the first innings while they comfortably won the match by 188 runs in the second innings.
It was Kuldeep who led the bowling attack as he took a fifer in the first inning while taking 3 wickets in the second innings as well. Axar Patel also took 4 wickets in the 2nd inning while Siraj and Umesh had a decent match.

He had a verbal fight with Litton Das on the second day while has exchanged a few words with Shanto who was looking good in the second inning and he tried to sled him to get him out by disturbing him.
