This series is very important for the Indian side from the perspective of qualifying for the final of the World Test Championship. They needed to win 5 test matches from the remaining 6 matches to qualify for the finals.

Indian bowlers dominated the whole match from their performances as they bundled out Bangladesh for just 150 runs in the first innings while they comfortably won the match by 188 runs in the second innings.

It was Kuldeep who led the bowling attack as he took a fifer in the first inning while taking 3 wickets in the second innings as well. Axar Patel also took 4 wickets in the 2nd inning while Siraj and Umesh had a decent match.
