Indian cricket team played a three-match ODI series and T20 series as well against Srilanka and they won both series and started their 2023 campaign on a high note. They won the thrilling T20 series by 2-1 while they won the ODI series by 3-0.
However, a few of the Indian players missed this series due to injuries as well where Bumrah was again not fit while Sanju Samson injured his series during the series which ruled him out of the ODI and the team missed him a lot in this series. He is a key player for the team.

He is a very important player and regularly performs whenever he gets the chance but still, he doesn’t get a regular chance for the Indian team. He got the chance in this series but unfortunately, he got injured and missed the whole series and his fans missed him a lot.
