Watch: Jaydev Unadkat was emotional after taking his wicket after 12 years, cried hugging Virat

Jaydev Unadkat is making his comeback in test cricket for the Indian side after a wait of almost 12 years. He made his debut in 2010 and only played that match but since then he didn’t get a single chance to play for the Indian side.

An interesting fact is that all the players in that test match are retired and Rahul Dravid was in that playing is now the coach of the side he is playing. He came back in the playing 11 in the place of Kuldeep Yadav.

Jaydev Unadkat emotional after his first wicket

He took his first wicket in his international cricket in test cricket today as he went wicketless in that first match. He was emotional after getting his first wicket and that video is getting viral a lot today.

He dismissed Zakir Hassan for 15 runs in 34 balls and it was a very important wicket for the side as he was an in-form batter who scored his maiden century in the last match. He hugged Virat Kohli and was very emotional and then celebrated differently with all the players as well.

Bangladesh bundled out for 227:

Bangladesh gets a good start as few batsmen played brilliantly. They were playing sensibly as Mominul Haque scored a half-century as well. However, they collapsed in the latter half.

Their tail-enders and lower-order batsman were not able to perform well. Ravichandran Ashwin and Umesh Yadav were the star performers for India as they both took 4 wickets each while Jaydev Unadkat took 2 wickets as well.
