Keshav Atmanand Maharaj (born 7 February 1990) is a South African professional cricketer who plays Test, One Day International (ODI) and Twenty20 International (T20I) cricket for the South Africa national team. He is currently the vice-captain of the team in limited overs cricket. He made his first-class debut in 2006 and his Test debut in November 2016.
He is a left arm orthodox spin bowler and lower order batsman. He plays for KwaZulu-Natal and Dolphins in domestic cricket. In June 2021, Maharaj became only the second South African bowler to take a hat-trick in a Test match. In September 2021, Maharaj captained South Africa for the first time in the second ODI against Sri Lanka.
