“We Could Have Won But….”, Rohit Sharma Badly Shaken After Losing The Series, Held These 2 Players Responsible For The Defeat

Rohit Sharma blamed the batsmen for the defeat

A three match ODI series was played between India and Australia. The last and do-or-die match of this series was held on Wednesday, March 22, at Chennai’s Chidambaram Stadium. In this match, the Indian team had to face defeat by 21 runs. Australia team has won the series 2-1 with the help of winning the exciting match.

Meanwhile, Team India’s captain Rohit Sharma has accepted the poor batting responsible for the defeat and by giving a big statement, he has exposed the batting order of the team.

Rohit Sharma blamed the batsmen for the defeat:

Hitman said that,”I don’t think it was too many runs. We didn’t bat well. Partnership is important and we failed to do that today. You have grown up playing on these types of wickets, it is important that you apply. After the start, it was important for a batsman to take the game deep.

It did not happen. We have been playing very positively from the nine ODIs since January. We need to understand where we need to improve. It’s a collective failure, we can learn a lot from this series. The credit goes to the Australian players. Both the spinners created pressure and so did their fast bowlers.
