Shubman Gill played a knock of 70 runs while he got out. Rohit Sharma also scored a quick fifty and smashed 83 runs but he missed out on his century. He got out on the ball of Dilshan madhushanka in the 24th over and he was very upset about missing out on his century.

Virat Kohli was brilliant today as he scored his 73rd hundred of his career and it was his back-to-back century in this format. He scored his last century against Bangladesh in the last ODI of the series. It was his 9th century against Srilanka and he surpassed Sachin Tendulkar for most hundred against a single team.
