How long will Sanju Samson continue to be the scapegoat for others? repeatedly ignored for Pant

Sanju Samson

Sanju Samson is one of the unluckiest players to play for India because even after performing well he doesn’t get the recognition and place that he deserves and that’s there is always a debate on this.

Today he was also benched again after playing just a match in the first ODI in which he performed well and scored crucial 36 runs in 38 balls when the team lost a few consecutive wickets.

Today he was benched and Deepak Hooda replaced him in the playing 11, and there were no strong reasons for that except that an extra bowling option gives India stability.

Questions are being raised on management being biased toward Rishabh Pant:

However,  many are believing that Rishabh Pant is getting huge chances despite getting flops regularly and still team management is backing him even when there are many players like Sanju Samson.

Rishabh Pant is not able to score for the past few months and has been a regular part of the team but now it looks like that team needs to move on from him and look for other talents.

Sanju Samson was benched in the T20 series as well:

We would also like to share that Sanju Samson was benched in the whole T20 series against New Zealand as well and in the end, Hardik Pandya said that he didn’t play him because of strategic reasons.

However, in this series as well Rishabh Pant played in all the matches but he was not able to perform in any of the matches which also erupted the debate over selection between him and Sanju Samson.
