He is taken into custody and has been accused that he had sexually assaulted a woman he met on the 2nd of November. She has also accused him in the charge of Rape.
According to the police, they met on a dating site and after a lot of chatting, they decided to meet where all this happened. However, this news is not official yet and we have to wait for confirmation.

Danushka Gunathilaka injured and ruled out from the tournament
We would like to share with you that he was ruled out from this tournament earlier after getting injured. He suffered a hamstring injury which ruled him out from the whole tournament.
The team replaced him with another player in the squad but he stayed with the team and he was in Australia and was with the team all the time as was planned he will return after the tournament with the whole squad.
