A unique incident happened on the ground during the match being played between India and South Africa at the Barsapara Cricket Ground in Guwahati. The game was halted for a while due to an unwelcome guest which left the fans confused. A snake was spotted on the ground before the start of the 7th over, due to which the game had to be stopped for a few minutes. The video of this funny incident has surfaced.
Snake interrupts Play
African players saw snakes: Some South African players point towards snakes to KL Rahul and onfield umpires. The snake is on the side of KL Rahul. The groundstaff then come running to the ground with the necessary equipment and deal with the incident within minutes. Meanwhile, the players are seen taking an informal drink break.
In the video, the snake can be seen crawling on the ground. Thankfully, this unwanted guest does not harm anyone. Many times the match has been seen to be stopped on the field due to one reason or the other, but rarely anyone has seen anything like the entry of a snake.
