However, He is not able to perform in the longest format of the game. He hasn’t had a great year in this format as he was only able to score one 50+ score and scored with an average of 23 runs. He has 837 runs to his name from 33 innings he played this year.

After giving away a few starting wickets Indian side made an amazing comeback with the inning of Shreyas Iyer and Cheteshwar Pujara where Shreyas Iyer is not out on 82 while Pujara scored 90 runs today with his amazing technique.

Rishabh Pant also played a crucial role as he counterattacked the bowlers and scored 46 runs with a strike rate of over 100. Taijul Islam was the highest wicket-taker as he took 3 wickets while Mehdy Hassan took 2 wickets as well.
