Team India’s captain Rohit Sharma batted brilliantly in the Super-4 match against Pakistan. Before being dismissed for 28 off 16 balls, Rohit Sharma batted at a strike rate of 140 with 2 sixes and 1 four. Rohit Sharma was looking in a wonderful rhythm and was thrashing the Pakistan bowlers fiercely but, he lost his wicket in the process of hitting a six.
Rohit Sharma tried to get the ball across the boundary line on the first ball of the 6th over of the last over i.e. 6th over of the Ray Powerplay by Haris Rauf, but, the ball got stuck in the air. Now the real game starts here. The ball was in the air for a long time, so it was not easy for the fielder to catch the catch.
Here almost Pakistani players had given life to Rohit Sharma, but thankfully, luck was with Pakistan here or else Rohit Sharma was sure to get life. In fact, both Khushdil Shah and Fakhar Zaman had spread their hands to catch the catch.
