India won the first match of the 3-match ODI series against Sri Lanka by a margin of 67 runs. It was a dominating win for the Indian team as they were better than Sri Lanka in all three departments. India scored a huge total on the board while the bowlers defended that comfortably.

India scored 373 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in their quota of 50 overs in which Virat Kohli scored a brilliant hundred while the fifties of Shubman Gill and Rohit Sharma made an important contribution as well. Indian batsman played an attacking game throughout the inning.

Virat Kohli came to bat at number 3 when Shubman Gill got out for 70 runs and then he continued that rhythm and played shots around the park. He scored 113 runs in just 87 runs in which he smashed 12 fours and 1 six as well. It was a match-winning of Virat Kohli in this match.

A video of this match is getting viral in which Virat Kohli got angry in the live match during the first ODI. This incident occurred in the match’s second inning when all the team members came to celebrate the wicket of Sri Lanka’s batter.  

Hardik Pandya also came to celebrate the wicket but his hand hit the head of Virat Kohli and he even reacted to it and was seen very much angry about this. However, Hardik Pandya didn’t say sorry to him and went back to do the fielding.  Both of them also got indulged in a miss communication while running when they were batting.
