An 11-year-old boy named Drushil Chauhan has impressed Team India captain Rohit Sharma. Rohit Sharma was impressed when he saw Drasil Chauhan bowling against his teammates at the Brisbane ground and immediately invited the 11-year-old to bowl in the nets.
Rohit Sharma called on the nets to bowl
In a video posted on the BCCI website, Hari Mohan said, “We reached WACA for a practice session, the boys were completing their morning schedule. As soon as we entered our dressing room, we saw about 100 kids. Playing and enjoying cricket. There was a kid who caught everyone’s attention and Rohit Sharma was the first to see that kid in surprise.’
Hari Mohan said, “Everyone was amazed by his deadly run-up and how naturally skilled he was. Rohit came out of the dressing room and asked the boy to bowl some more balls. Rohit Sharma invited him to bowl. It was a beautiful sight it was a memorable moment for the kid where he got a chance to bowl to Rohit Sharma.
The 11-year-old boy said, ‘Rohit Sharma saw me and asked me to bowl. I was very surprised, the day before that my father told me that I might be able to bowl to Rohit, so I was very excited. My favorite ball swing is the yorker.
