In this match Rohit Sharma won another toss and decided to bowl first. He said on the toss that he was looking to take advantage of the condition by bowling first and that is why he came with fast bowlers like Bumrah, Shami, Krishna and Hardik.
The bowlers proved Rohit’s decision absolutely right and broke the back of England’s batting. England’s batsmen went out one by one. Out of the opening 4 batsmen, the first 3 batsmen were dismissed for zero. Indian bowlers went on taking wickets from time to time.

In this match, Rishabh Pant also did amazing wicketkeeping and took excellent 2 catches. Rishabh Pant took a wonderful diving catch in the ball that Shami dismissed Stokes. On the fourth ball of the third over, Shami bowled an inbound delivery, which hit Stokes’ inside grit and Pant jumped to his right and took a tremendous catch with one hand.
