Gujarat Titans won the 57th match of Tata IPL 2022 by 62 runs on Tuesday 10 May between Lucknow Supergiants and Gujarat Titans being played at MCA Stadium Pune. Batting first after winning the toss in this match, Gujarat Titans gave a target of 145 runs to Lucknow Supergiants in the stipulated 20 overs thanks to Shubman Gill’s brilliant unbeaten 63. Chasing the target, the entire team of Lucknow Supergiants was reduced to a score of 82 runs in 13.5 overs.

In this match, the batting of Lucknow Supergiants against Gujarat Titans completely failed. During this, Marcus Stoinis is out due to Deepak Hooda. The team of Lucknow Supergiants, adorned with stars, was struggling against the bowlers of Gujarat Titans. The same Lucknow Supergiants all-rounder batsman Marcus Stoinis has been run out due to the mistake of his fellow player Deepak Hooda.

During the 12th over of Lucknow’s innings, Deepak Hooda was trying to take 2 runs by playing a sweep shot on the second ball of Rashid Khan. Deepak Hooda also completed 1 run successfully. But while taking the second run, after going some distance, he lost his balance and slipped while turning. During this, Marcus Stoinis had gone far beyond the crease.

Taking advantage of this the fielder threw the ball in the hands of the wicketkeeper and got Marcus Stoinis out. Marcus Stoinis was Lucknow’s last hope in this match. After his dismissal, Lucknow’s defeat was certain. Deepak Hooda scored the most runs in this match, scoring 27 runs in 26 balls. All other batsmen were flops.
