The ICC World Cup 2023 is now getting closer. October 5 is the date when the first match will be played in this year’s World Cup. On that day the teams of England and New Zealand will face each other. This match will be played at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Almost all the preparations for this have been done and now we are just waiting for the adventure to begin. However, before October 5, all the teams will play their respective practice matches. For this also the complete schedule has been released by ICC.
All teams will get one to two practice matches:
The Indian team will play its first match against Australia on October 8, but before that, the team will play practice matches with England and the Netherlands. The teams of India and England will face each other on 30 September. Before this, there will be a match between Bangladesh and Sri Lanka on 29th September. The teams of Pakistan and New Zealand will also face each other on the same day. A match will also be played between South Africa and Afghanistan on this day.
Team India will first play practice matches with England and then the Netherlands:
The Indian team will again enter the cricket field on 3 October, on which day the match will be played against the Netherlands. There will also be a match between Afghanistan and Sri Lanka on the same day, while the teams of Pakistan and Australia will face each other on September 2. Before this, a match will be played between New Zealand and South Africa on October 2. The teams of England and Bangladesh will also be seen clashing with each other. All these matches will be played from 12:30 in the day.
